Neve Tzedek

Neve Tzedek, the “Oasis of Justice,” is a charming Tel Aviv neighbourhood whose cobblestone streets are home to some of Israel’s finest galleries, boutiques, cafes, bars, and restaurants.

A stone’s throw from the Mediterranean Sea, the tree-lined Rothschild Boulevard, and the bustling Carmel Market, Neve Tzedek is perfectly placed. Established as the first Jewish neighbourhood outside of Jaffa in 1887, Neve Tzedek lives and breathes its rich, multi-layered history. Much of its architecture incorporates design elements from the Jugendstil/Art Nouveau and subsequent Bauhaus art movements. Fusing old world charm with contemporary sophistication, the neighbourhood is a beautiful oasis in the heart of Tel Aviv.

In respect to the history of the site, the new building elements, designed by architect Gal Marom, are threaded with existing details of the past and the work of artisans such as blacksmiths, mural painters and first-generation builders who came to Palestine and built the site. Gov Nadlan, together with Israel’s premier restoration architects, creative building architect, interior architect and landscape architects, are committed to raising the real estate bar with sensitivity, creativity and professionalism to bring something unique to the Tel Aviv luxury real estate market.
